Lemon Redbush is our newest product, available in supermarkets from £1.89 for 40 tea bags. This fabulous infusion is a blend of our very fine and exclusive grade of rooibos and natural lemon flavour. For many people lemon brings to mind freshness and vitality and our blend is no exception, with one of lemons’ most well known attributes being its ability to help the body face physical and psychological weariness – something that really enhances the uplifting qualities of rooibos. Lemon comes with some additional health credentials – “refreshing and rejuvenating”; lemon is said to inspire and clear the mind.

Lemon rather than having an acidic or astringent effect on the digestive system can actually work as an excellent stabiliser of the bodies acidity. Citrus oils in general are thought to help eliminate emotional confusion and increase ones sense of humour and well-being. All in all making it doubly delicious!
