Terms and conditions of No.1 Ladies' African Holiday Competition:
Postal Entries must arrive no later than Friday 10th October 2008.
1. To enter this competition you must submit the required number of redemption tokens
from the interior of participating packs of Redbush Tea, with your personal details
on the official entry form provided on the inside of the box. Failure to do so will
result in your entry being disqualified
2. A minimum of THREE token points are required to enter this competition. Participating
80 tea bag boxes of Redbush Tea have TWO token points on the inside and 40 tea bag
boxes have ONE token point on the inside. Please make sure that you send the required
number of tokens with your entry form. We will not accept tokens or barcodes or
combinations thereof from any other Redbush packs or any non Redbush Tea Company
products.
3. The prize is open only to UK residents aged 18 and over, except for employees
of The Redbush Tea Company, Southern Africa Travel, Little, Brown Book Group, djh
Design Limited, Alexir Packaging Ltd and Keith Spicer Ltd, their relatives or agents
or anyone else connected with this promotion.
4. Entrants must complete their personal details on the official entry form on participating
boxes and send it (not a copy) to the address provided to arrive by October 10th,
2008.
5. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery to The Redbush Tea Company and The
Redbush Tea Company accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged
in the post.
6. The prize draw will take place on Monday 13th October 2008 and will be supervised
by an independent person. There will be ONE prize winner, who will be the first
valid entry form drawn at random from all the entries received by October 10th 2008.
7. The winner will be notified by registered post by October 20th 2008.
8. The prize consists of two return economy flights from a London airport to Cape
Town and flights to Gaborone including internal economy within Botswana. Three nights
at the
12 Apostles Hotel and Spa and two nights at Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve
in South Africa. You will then transfer to Botswana for a total of six
nights. The first two will be bed and breakfast at the Gaborone Sun Hotel with
a day spent on the official No.1 Ladies' Detective Agency tour. The winner
will then have two nights each at Sanctuary Lodges - Stanley Lodge and Chiefs
Lodge (voted as the best property in Africa by Condé Nast 2005). All meals and some
game drives are included at the two lodges only. Bed and breakfast is included at
the 12 Apostles and full board at Bushmans Kloof. All transfers to and from Cape
Town airport are included.
9. Prize winners must provide their own transport to and from London airport.
10. The holiday is for two people sharing throughout. If the winner requires separate
rooms the additional room, and ANY single room supplements will be at their own
or their guests' expense.
11. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
12. Holiday insurance will be at the entire responsibility of the prize winners,
as will information pertaining to any relevant vaccinations or health care during
the prize holiday. The Redbush Tea Company will not be liable for any injury, delays
or loss of luggage or personal effects or any illness befalling the winner or their
companion during the above holiday.
13. The holiday is for two people sharing throughout. If the winner requires separate
rooms the additional room, and ANY single room supplements will be at their own
or at their guests expense.
14. The Redbush Tea Company reserves the right to amend any of the holiday itinerary
subject to availability at the time of booking.
15. The holiday must be taken in its entirety between 5th January 2009 and 30th
June 2009, excluding Easter. Inability to meet this time frame may result in the
loss of the prize. A second draw will then be made and the prize awarded to another
person. Dates allocated will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
16. The winners' details may be obtained from between the 20th October and 3rd November
2009 by writing and enclosing a SAE to The Redbush Tea Company, No.1 Ladies' Holiday
to Africa Competition winners details, 90 Long Acre, Covent Garden, London WC2E
9RA
17. The winner may be required to participate in future publicity.
18. The decision of The Redbush Tea Company is final and binding.
19. You are required to make a purchase to enter this competition you cannot enter
on-line.
